This interactive website is an excellent way to share stories with others affected by substance abuse. There is extensive information available regarding treatment services in New York state including a hotline for treatment services. Laws and regulations are outlined in addition to public information, available resources and training and prevention programs. There is an informative section on underage drinking and traumatic brain injury. A particularly interesting section focuses on wellness and includes information about stress management, exercise, nutrition and recovery from addiction.
